Insurance is important!
Im Jaslyn from malaysia.im HR assistant.. when i was 28 years old, i was diagnosed breast cancer stage 4. Definitely feeling upset, hopeless and cant believe that i have cancer in this age group. However, there is no choice and only way to survive is to receive treatment. Fortunately, i have met panny a year ago before i was diagnosed cancer. Panny is the one who recommended a suitable insurance plan for me if not the cancer treatment fee which i cant afford at all at singapore. The fee is more than the salary i earned per month. From my opinion, there is no such thing "im still young so don't need buy insurance", im the good example so everyone please have your insurance for rainy day. Hope my personal experience inspires you all. Insurance is important! Panny is definitely an insurance agent you can be reliable and responsible to every customer need!

Panny provides a professional and clear-cut explanation during our zoom conversation. Why say so…
In first, I don’t have much knowledges in term of financial analysis, but she very patient to guide and
give the scenarios so that easy to follow her pace (step by step) to understand what I suppose to plan
for my own future.
Her follow up action and response capability is quite prompt and effective, you won’t be lost throughout
the entire conversation. Highly recommended.
Appreciate it!

Excellent Financial Consultant Friend
Professional, sincere and determined. These are the top things that come to mind with Panny as a Financial planner/consultant, as well as a friend. She is personal touching and caring when doing the financial planning with us.

A sincere girl
I have known Panny for 10 years. She came across as a sincere girl who is truly passionate about her profession – Financial Planning.
This is clearly evident from the way her plans and manages her own financial/insurance plan. As everyone’s needs and wants are different, she will analyse each case and plan or advise for them as if she would have plan for herself.
Her advice for me is always candid and realistic. I have come across many financial planners yet Panny is the only one I know so far who regularly keeps me up to date with the changes in the financial and insurance industry.
To date I have recommended a couple of friends to her and they have positive feedback on her attitude and professional image. It is very important to me who I recommend for financial planning especially where money is concern and Panny has never failed me in this aspect.
Panny is also someone who truly believes in keeping regular contacts with her clients. With benefits such as “new year surprise box”. She is indeed a sweet and thoughtful person. To me personally, financial and insurance products are tools to achieve my financial needs.
But, without a good financial planner, I will never be able to know what products I need and the way to achieve my goals. I have 100% trust that Panny is able to assist me in this aspect.

She is someone who will put herself in other’s shoes
From the entire session with Panny, I understand the minimum protection that everyone should have & I realised how important financial protection is in our entire life.
All the information was well presented and explained very well. She was very professional and the entire sharing session was informative.
Panny shared a lot of useful information and tried to understand the customer's needs. I didn't feel stressed during the sharing session with Panny. i.e. she won't keep promoting her products just because want to get personal benefit. She tried to understand the needs of the customer and put herself in someone's shoes. She tried her best to suit and solve the customer's needs.
It's important to know more about the financial protection that is available and affordable rather than zero financial protection. In case of an unfortunate event, life continues, and so do these quintessential expenses. So everyone should have at least minimum financial protection which is affordable.

Truly recommend her service
I first cross path with Panny in a roadshow (or those set up) while I was buying lunch and she was really nice sharing her name card and not pushy at all.
At that time, I had thoughts of buying insurance but I did not really have the budget to do so because everytime I met up with a insurance agent, they miraculously set their goal to sell you the entire package instead of considering your personal financial health.
I think sometime later I found Panny's name card and decided to speak with her, she really take time to plan with me while understanding/caring for my financial health too. Not pushy at all...as much as we all would like the security but many times people cannot afford it.
Somehow this agent which is more like a sister/friend to me and she has been the sweetest managing all my insurance even helping me out with some unrelated to insurance issues which I am forever grateful.

She willing to listen and understand me first 👍
Panny is very patient and willing spend time to explain the details with me. She show me examples and recommendations with calculations, with her professionalism. She is friendly, she is always with smile during our connection 😁
She engaged me in a conversation as friend, listen and understand my background and situation and make suggestions according to my needs 👍🏻
After engaging her for risk management advise ,I know that my family and myself now are well covered than before. I understand better the existing insurance that I have and the additional coverage that she inspired me to take up for my beloved family.

Panny
Panny

Panny

Yes, I’m in trouble.
For most of the time, I thought I have sufficient coverage until I met Panny. Her explanation gave me a clearer picture of my financial situation.
What I like about Panny is she "cares". Not from the business perspective, but the sincerity to help you with your future financial planning.
Many of us do not aware including myself, as we move to a different stage of life, our responsibility and risk became higher. I have done my financial planning years ago. But as you have family & children, your financial planning needs to be upgraded to match those changes.
Thanks to your close follow-up and review, it gives me a wake-up call before it's too late. Thumbs up to Panny.

Everyone especially young parents
Hi Everyone especially young parents,
Panny is a consultant with a delicate mind, thoughtful, kind and willing to spend time to understand the current conditions even it might not under her responsibility or coverage.
Panny will propose whatever is or might suitable, share the pros and cons if we consider the plan. Which i felt it is different from other which I meet before, only share the pros and pushing on the deal.
On top of that, Panny always concern about the progress of my health condition after she been informed I went for ENT consultation. It might be part of her duty, but the way of approach makes me feel warm and comfortable.
For me, consultant should be someone who knows to take care the client conditions, share the updated information or knowledge, share pros and cons of certain decision, help to find out solutions or help to find out actual information for those she is not strong in. On top of that, it is fine that consultant doesn’t know everything, but she must spend effort to find out, which Panny handle things in this way.
Truly appreciate her advices and help so far, feel lucky to meet such consultant.
Regards,
Chloe
